For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains pre ordered or deferred items, we will immediately ship all items in stock and ship pre ordered or deferred items as soon as they are available. Therefore, if you have purchased multiple items on one order but only received a portion of them, don't worry, you will soon receive the other items.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.

Wrong address disclaimer:

Returns:

Lost/Stolen Packages:
