Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Returns

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase has been made for more than 30 days, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.

It must meet the return conditions. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your return. We will inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then we will contact your credit card company, and the refund may take some time to be announced.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We can only replace defective or damaged items. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can contact us within 72 hours after the defective part arrives. You can contact us here weiliuxue45@gmail.com.

Gifts

If this product is purchased and shipped directly to you, it will be marked as a gift and you will receive gift points equal to the return value. After receiving the returned goods, we will send you a gift voucher by mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver sent the order to themselves for later delivery to you, we will refund the gift giver and they will be informed of your return status.

Shipping

To return your product, you should email us at weiliuxue45@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping items exceeding $75, you may consider using traceable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the product you returned.
